"I have just bought my 3rd Subaru from Gerald Jones Subaru. I called and made an appointment with John. Even though I was an hour late, John was still standing outside waiting for me just like he said he would be. I have to say that buying this car was my best experience yet. My salesman John Vanrensselaer made my experience very good. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and polite, even though I was late. He was not pushy like some salesman can be.
When I called and talked with John, I told him what I was looking for and what I didn't want. He informed me that there was one on the lot, and he wouldhaveit up front whenIcamein the next day, and he was true to his word, when I arrived it was parked up front. I took it for a test drive and let him know that this is exactly what I want. We did all the paperwork and he came back in his office and told me there was a problem. He didn't realize that the car I test drove was a service loaner, so it wasn't for sale, however there was another one and it would be in on Monday. He also informed me that he was off on Tuesday and he would bring the car to me, I live an hour away. I was totally blown away 😳, imagine that, this young man was going to bring my car to me on his day off!!
The world needs more young men like John Vanrensselaer and I think Gerald Jones Subaru has a valuable asset in this young man.
