Meet Stacy Turner, Collision Center Manager at Darling's Augusta!

Stacy has been with Darling’s for five years and leads the Collision Center with a strong focus on teamwork and customer care. His first vehicle was a 1956 Chevy Bel Air, and today he switches between his 2017 Ford F-250 and his 2022 Can-Am Spyder RT. When it comes to favorite vehicles, the choice is easy for Stacy: the Ford F-250 — because he’s a Ford guy through and through. His dream truck? A 1979 F-250 4-door 4WD. Stacy says the best part of his job is the people he works with — a team that shows up for each other and for every customer who walks through the door.

Fun fact: his wife’s name is also Staci!

This week, meet Clint Sockwell, Estimator at Darling’s Collision Center in Augusta! Clint has been with Darling’s for six years and says what he enjoys most is the people he works with — not just at the Collision Center, but also alongside the team at our RAM Hyundai dealership. His favorite vehicle is the Ford Ranger, which he drives himself and loves for its value, capability, and comfort.

Outside of work, Clint spends much of his time on the water. Whether it’s canoeing, kayaking, boating, or long-distance paddling, he pairs that passion with hobbies like camping and fishing. His dream ride? A 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor. 💙

At Darling’s, we believe it’s our people who make the difference. Each week, we’ll be highlighting a member of our Collision Center team in Augusta so you can get to know the faces behind the repairs, service, and care that keep our customers moving forward.

This week, meet Josh Worcester, Production Manager at Darling’s Collision Center in Augusta! Josh has been with Darling’s since 2010, growing through several roles including recon, admin assistant, and estimator before moving into leadership. Today, he’s proud to help employees improve their skills, solve challenges in the industry, and continue growing with the Collision Center year after year.

Josh’s dream vehicle is a 1956 Ford F-100, but his current favorite is the RAM TRX — after all, who wouldn’t want a supercharged V-8 in a full-size truck built to launch off jumps? Outside of work, Josh enjoys hunting, playing his violin, video games, and spending time with his two yellow labs. Fun fact: he was one of only 100 people in the U.S. to test the PlayStation Network before it went live on the PS2.

Josh is also I-Car Platinum Certified, has completed Darling’s Leadership Training, and holds multiple OEM certifications — helping Darling’s Collision Center maintain its I-Car Gold status. 💙

This week, meet Leon Russell, Estimator at Darling’s Collision Center in Augusta! Leon has been part of the team for three years and says the culture and his coworkers are what make every day enjoyable. His favorite vehicle is the Hyundai Santa Fe — a model his family drives and loves for its comfort and features.

Outside of work, Leon is a big New England sports fan, always cheering on his favorite teams. He also has family ties here at Darling’s, with his cousin working at the company as well.

For Leon, it’s all about hard work, great people, and reliability — whether in a car or in life. 💙

At Darling’s, we believe it’s our people who truly make the difference. Each week, we’ll be sharing a little more about the hardworking teammates at our Collision Center in Augusta so you can get to know the faces behind the repairs, service, and care that keep our customers moving forward.

We’re starting with Harvey LaGrange, part of the Parts team here at Darling’s Collision Center! Harvey joined the team in 2022 and enjoys the fast-paced environment and working alongside his teammates toward shared goals. Outside of work, he’s a fan of flying drones, playing and watching sports, and collecting everything from coins to books, movies, and cards.

Harvey sums up his outlook with a favorite quote: “A man who does not think for himself, does not think at all.” 💙
