"Time waiting was much shorter than expected. Had an oil change, rotate, front brake pads replaced and rotors turned. Total time was less than 2 hours from drop off to pickup. The service advisor was Chuck and he was great as always, very professional and goes the extra mile."

“My Service Advisor was Alicia Bragg. This was my first time meeting Alicia. She was ready for me at the scheduled time. I told her exactly what I needed and she listened and did not try to push other services on me. The wait time was reasonable with snacks and beverages for customers convenience. The waiting area could use some reclining chairs as there are people that have issues with sitting on hard surfaces for a period of time it gets a bit uncomfortable. The restroom was very clean. When my car was ready Alicia came to get me. She pulled up pictures on the computer and showed me what the future needs for my car were so I could understand what was needed. Alicia is a great communicator and very friendly. I would recommend you give her a call to schedule your service needs today.” 🚗✨
