Our mission is to provide the New England area with high-quality parts and professional service, our team of ASE certified technicians can tackle any job to take your project to the next level. Ratchets Auto Works was founded in 2014 and quickly grew into the Ratchets Offroad we know today. Coming from a deep passion for custom vehicles and offroad, the company grew beyond the standard automotive repair shop we started as, and began delivering high quality parts and installation.

The new 2025 Toyota 4Runner is already getting the Ratchets Offroad treatment. 🤘

We set this one up with a 2.5” ReadyLIFT suspension lift, SPC upper control arms, and a fresh set of Falken Wildpeak all-terrain tires.

The SPC upper control arms give us the adjustability needed to properly dial in the alignment after the lift—because getting the stance right is only half the job. It still needs to drive and handle the way it should.

Clean stance, proper geometry, and plenty of capability while keeping it comfortable on the street.

🐾 Happy National Dog Day from Ratchets Offroad! 🐾

Dogs have always been a pretty big part of who we are around here. Hell, this company was named after my first dog, Ratchet. So needless to say, the dogs around Ratchets Offroad aren't just shop dogs — they're family.

🐾 Ratchet — the original and the namesake behind Ratchets Offroad. We lost him in 2017, but his name and memory are still part of this place every single day.

🐾 Rubicon — another member of the Ratchets family who we sadly lost in 2024. Never forgotten.

🐾 Nova — our current four-legged employee, official office greeter, and the first face you're likely to see when you walk through the door.

We've been lucky to have some damn good dogs be part of this journey with us.

We are now equipped with wiTECH 2.0 — the factory diagnostic and programming platform for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram vehicles.

That means OE-level access for: 🔧 Factory diagnostics
💻 Module programming & replacement
⚡ ECU/PCM/TCM flashing and updates
🛠️ Factory service functions and procedures
🔍 Deeper diagnostics beyond what aftermarket scan tools can provide

Big truck. Clean stance. No need to overcomplicate it. 🤘

This 2026 Ford F-350 came in for the right combination of stance, clearance, and attitude:

🔧 BDS leveling kit
🛞 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tires
🔥 Hostile wheels

Just enough lift to give this Super Duty the stance it should’ve had from the factory, with a wheel and tire package that completely changes the look.

Somehow, we keep attracting unicorns... and honestly, we're not complaining. 🦄✂️

This rare Saharicon #887 of 1,000 stopped by for a little surgery. We just finished installing a fresh set of GenRight Off Road Mini Boat Sides, giving this limited-edition Jeep the protection it deserves without sacrificing its clean factory look.

Cutting into one of these isn't for the faint of heart, but when it's done right, the results speak for themselves.

There's something satisfying about an engine bay that's as clean as it is functional.
This 1970 Dodge Dart Sw***er 340 received a complete custom braided line setup using premium fittings and adapters from AutoPlumb. Every line was routed for a clean appearance, proper serviceability, and reliable performance.
It's the small details that separate a good build from a great one.

🏆 This 2025 Gladiator went for the gold! 🏆

We just wrapped up a serious upgrade package featuring the legendary MetalCloak 3.5" Game Changer Suspension paired with RockSport Black Adjustable Shocks for unmatched ride quality both on and off the trail.

To keep things tracking straight and handling the toughest terrain, we added the complete MetalCloak steering system with a RockSport Black steering stabilizer. Finishing off the build is a set of Method Race Wheels wrapped in Falken Wildpeak A/T4W tires, giving this Gladiator the perfect combination of capability, durability, and aggressive styling.
