If there’s a car dealership in heaven it’s Bidleman Ford. Big statement. Hard to believe but true nonetheless. If you need details, I had a brake problem where I couldn’t drive my car. Every ford dealership close to Syracuse was quoting me three weeks for an appointment to diagnose my brakes for error lights.
These people took care of me like I was their family, without knowing me, and I had never even been there before. That kind of customer service experience cannot be topped and I will never forget it. There are only an elite few companies that have delivered something like that in my experience and Bidleman Ford is one of them. 11/10 recommend
