JOTS was created in January 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana during the nation's latest recession, when the expiration of unemployment benefits for many Americans hit and tours of duty were ending for many of our Veterans. Many of those who fought for our nation returned with PTSD, and studies have found that steady work is the best therapy for veterans who are suffering. We believe getting Veterans
