Meet Michael! Michael is one of our valets in Atlanta who has been with us for a little over a year. He’s originally from Carrollton, GA and is currently in school to pursue a career in film and media. Outside of work, he's a creative spirit who is passionate about photography and visual aesthetics.

What Michael enjoys most about working as a valet is that he gets to meet and have meaningful conversations with all types of interesting people!

Last night, we were honored to support a truly historic moment for our city by providing valet and parking management services for over 1,200 guests at the Inauguration Ball for Andre Dickens, celebrating his role as the 61st Mayor of the City of Atlanta.

Hosted at the iconic Delta Air Lines Flight Museum and produced by Legendary Events, the evening brought together civic leaders, community partners, and residents to celebrate the future of Atlanta.

Large-scale events like this require seamless coordination, precision logistics, and an unwavering focus on guest experience—and we’re proud our team delivered on every front.

Thank you to our partners and team members who helped make this night a success. We’re grateful to play a role in moments that move our city forward.

Last week, our team attended hospitality training led by Audra Lamoon, founder of LiveWire Performance — a consultancy that specializes in training and coaching for leaders, managers, and frontline teams through in-person and virtual programs.

The energy and exprertise that Audra brought made a lasting impression on us all. We left feeling inspired, more connected, and ready to bring an even higher level of hospitality to every guest experience.

Meet Shiloh, one of our Atlanta valets who has been part of the National Parking team for 2 years! Virgin Islands–born and Atlanta–raised, Shiloh is a life insurance agent in the financial services industry. He’s passionate about educating others, building a bright future for his daughter, and making memories with his family.

His favorite part of the job? Networking with new people, working private events, and never knowing who he might meet—or what luxury cars he might get to drive. One highlight for him was meeting Mayor Andre Dickens!
