Now Hiring: Service Writer
Are you organized, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about vehicles? Our busy, fast-paced automotive repair shop is looking for a reliable Service Writer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
Write clear and accurate repair orders
Communicate repair needs and estimates to customers
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process
Handle phone calls, scheduling, and customer follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and invoices
Requirements:
Automotive knowledge or previous service advisor/service writer experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and estimating software skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
