So I forgot my before picture. Removed old damaged, and welded on new exhaust sensor boss/bung. To save exhaust aftertreatment system.
I’ve done many nox sensor repairs, this time it was the SCR outlet temperature sensor. Customer states dealer wanted to replace complete one box system, quoted around 18k.
I’m so happy I could save him thousands. It’s not necessary to replace complete system.
