Diamond Eye Manufacturing, INC. is seeking a qualified applicant for a Receptionist to join our team in the front office to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive and enter incoming sales orders
• Arrange shipping and freight quotes
• Receive and process RMAs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & basic database knowledge
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude with the ability to learn new skills quickly

Attendance is crucial in this position.

The schedule for this position is 7:00 a.m. - 3:30pm Monday-Friday.

Automotive background preferred.

Competitive Benefit Packages with hourly wage based on experience.
