Here was another oddball problem we encountered on the Velocette electric start job. These unique double-sided nuts included in our electric start kit had different threads on each side to accommodate the original British Standard Whitworth bolts that came factory on the Velocette. However, after 50+ years, someone had changed the bolts to American sizing.

Since we were unable to source such unique bolts, John used Heli-Coil thread inserts that matched the American bolts we had!

We recently finished our work overhauling this Suzuki Bandit 1200. We replaced a blown head gasket, went through the carbuertors, installed a Race Tech gold valve fork kit, and more.

Dain really likes these bikes because they're 1200cc inline-4's with a short wheelbase, which makes for a great wheelie bike!

We have quite a few sport bikes in right now, both new and old!

If your sport bike is in need of some attention, give us a call to get on our schedule.

This fuel tank is off of a 1984 Yamaha FJ1100 with less than 300 miles. The outside is in fantastic shape, but, unfortunately, the inside is so rusty that the tank flexes with minimal touch due to how thin the metal has become.
