• Dispatch drivers efficiently based on location, availability, and job priority
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and law enforcement when needed
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate service quotes
• Monitor job progress and update customers as needed
• Maintain detailed records of calls, jobs, and driver activity
• Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and urgency
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
