The Bucketlist Mob

The Bucketlist Mob Garage-built hot rods, gassers, drag-and-drive chaos, road trips, roadside repairs, and the stories made along the way.

The BucketList Mob is about getting out, living life, and doing it now — because someday isn’t one of the days of the week.

First off, THANK YOU.

To everyone who has posted, commented, shared, tagged people, and helped spread the word about The BucketList Mob and Horsepower Wars $10K Drag Shootout — we appreciate it more than you know.

Right now, we won’t know anything official until mid-June. There is a chance we may be one of the teams put up for a vote… and if that happens, that’s when things get serious.

That’s when we’ll need every friend, family member, subscriber, and supporter to help us rally and get into this life-changing opportunity.

You guys are the reason we keep pushing. The Mob is strong, and we’re just getting started.

Stay frosty, my friends. 👊🔥

We are getting SO close to a huge milestone…

10,000 YouTube subscribers!

Right now, we are only about 250 subscribers away, and that is absolutely wild to think about. What started as a bunch of friends, old cars, road trips, late nights, broken parts, drag-and-drive adventures, and a crazy idea has turned into something way bigger than we ever expected.

We also just released what we honestly believe is our very best video so far. If you haven’t watched it yet, please go check it out on YouTube.

And while you’re there, we’d love your honest input.

What do you like?
What could we do better?
What would make the videos more fun, more interesting, or more worth watching?

Honest feedback is always valuable to us because the Mob is why we do this.

If you haven’t already, please head over to our YouTube page, watch the latest video, hit the like button, subscribe, and share it with someone who loves hot rods, gassers, drag-and-drive racing, road trips, and real people chasing bucket list dreams.

The second half of our Mickey Thompson Turn and Burn video is live on YouTube!

https://youtu.be/Ake2DNYilkg

This one starts off a little different… with all of us competing in a soapbox derby race. Mike vs. Mike… guess who won? 😂

After that, it was back to the drag strip, and the Cluster Truck kept getting better. We ran another personal best and ended up finishing 2nd place in B/Gas!

Dennis’s Camaro also had a great finish, running solid 9.20s all day and surviving the event after everything it went through earlier. That is exactly what drag-and-drive is all about — fix it, race it, drive it, and don’t quit.

The Mickey Thompson Turn and Burn was honestly one of the most fun events we’ve ever competed in. It probably helped that the Cluster Truck was running fantastic the whole time.

Go check out the new video, leave us a comment, and let us know what you think. Every watch, like, comment, and share helps us keep pushing this crazy adventure forward.

Today, we pause.

As much as we love cars, racing, road trips, wrenching, and chasing bucket-list moments, we know that what we do is unimportant compared to what this day truly represents.

Memorial Day is about honoring the men and women who gave their lives protecting this country and the freedoms we are blessed to enjoy.

At 3:00 p.m. local time, Americans are asked to pause for one minute to reflect upon and remember our nation’s fallen heroes. We hope you’ll join us in taking that moment today.

Because of their sacrifice, we get to live, travel, build, race, dream, and spend time with the people we love.

From all of us at The BucketList Mob, thank you to the fallen heroes and to the families who carry that sacrifice every day.

We remember. We honor. We are grateful. 🇺🇸

Final day of the Mickey Thompson Turn and Burn, and the Cluster Truck decided it still had more in it.
Another personal best. Again.

I honestly can’t believe how well this old gasser is running right now. It’s been making pass after pass, driving the street miles, and somehow just keeps getting better.

Which naturally raises the real question…
Is it finally happy, or is it just getting ready to blow up? 😂

Either way, we’re going to keep sending it.
Watch the short and let us know what you think.

As we move through Memorial Day weekend, we want to keep the focus where it belongs — on the men and women who gave everything.

On December 7, 1941, during the attack on Pearl Harbor, 16 Medals of Honor were awarded for acts of extraordinary courage. Many of those heroes did not come home.

Men like Capt. Mervyn S. Bennion, who was mortally wounded aboard the USS West Virginia but continued giving orders.

Rear Admiral Isaac C. Kidd, who stayed on the bridge of the USS Arizona, coordinating defenses until his final moments.

Ensign Francis C. Flaherty, who gave his life holding a flashlight so his crew could escape the capsizing USS Oklahoma.

Chief Watertender Peter Tomich, who stayed below deck on the USS Utah, securing the boilers so others could abandon ship.

These are not just names in history books. They were sons, fathers, brothers, friends, and shipmates. They made choices in terrifying moments that saved others, even when it cost them everything.

This weekend, as we enjoy the freedoms they helped protect, let’s take time to say their names, learn their stories, and remember why Memorial Day matters.

We remember. We honor. We are grateful. 🇺🇸

Cluster Truck’s First Pass at Turn and Burn!

The Cluster Truck makes its first hit at the Mickey Thompson Summit Racing Turn and Burn drag-and-drive event at Summit Motorsports Park.

We weren’t trying to beat the snot out of it on Day 1 — just make a clean pass, keep it alive, and enjoy the event. But the old Ford had other plans and ended up running strong all day.
