In 1991, a Mazda 787B driven by Johnny Herbert, Volker Weidler and Bertrand Gachot won the 24 Hours of Le Mans, powered by a four-rotor engine. The car in this photo is the actual winning No. 55, now at the Mazda Museum in Hiroshima.
