Hanging out at the Black Cat tonight while we wait for the Oasis Lounge to finish up their upgrades. I stopped by there the other day and had a good talk with the owner — they've moved on from the bad management and are starting fresh. It sounds like they're serious about getting back to the place we all loved, which is great news. They're still putting in the work so hang tight. It's a holiday weekend and after lining up some exciting new opportunities for the ranch I needed a break.
