Our Tiny Home Community here at Big Ben's RV Park is taking shape! Folks are contacting us left and right to inquire...
We have 20 (60x60) Pads with Full Hookups and 10 (50x70) Pads with Full Hookups (with Water and Sewer hookups under the unit); Wifi, Community Garden with Chickens, Trash, Propane available and Laundry on site. A safe space to raise the Family!

Pads are $650 per month and include all utilities. There is an Application Process with a background check ($50 App Fee). $25 Pet Fee
