We are excited to announce our newest discount program!

Starting immediately, we have created a referral-based program that will benefit both current tenants and new tenants.

If anyone refers a new tenant and they rent for at least one month, both the tenant who referred them and the new tenant will receive 10% off a month of rent.

This promotion is across all unit types, and there is no limit to the amount of referrals you can make. Please just ensure both you and the new tenant express to us about the referral so both of you can receive the promotion. Please note, this discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

As a small business, word-of-mouth is a huge tool for us in growing and being able to keep up the quality of our facility. Without all of you, we wouldn't be where we are today.
