Every transaction has a a story and boy, this one I’ll have to tell you about in person 😂

Shout out to for being an amazing realtor to work with on what was undoubtedly the toughest transaction I’ve ever been a part of.

This transaction means a lot because I grew up in the area and went to school at what was once Jeb Stuart high school ( now Justice High).

To be able to throw my name on a for sale sign in Sleepy Hollow and get it to close was a personal milestone as I drove past this house all the time growing up.

They made it really easy, with call ahead ordering. By giving them the make and model of your car, they place your order right on the hood of the car for a completely contactless transaction. 🚗 ⁣
⁣
has been serving the Arlington community for years and continues to do so with their adaptive strategy of limited hours and curbside pickup or delivery 🚚. ⁣

They even stopped cutting the pizzas so the only action is literally straight from the oven into your pizza 🍕 box!! @ Joe's Place Pizza and Pasta
