Anderson Sunoco is actively looking for a Service Manager at our busy Arlington Location providing both auto service and repair.
Job Duties:
- Initiates service requests and prepares repair orders (RO) by: describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, and then recommended/required repairs and services
Parts Management:
-Manages inventory of parts, and other shop supplies.
- Manages part(s) returns for unused or incorrect parts.
- Orders parts and shop supplies from vendors.
Vendor Management:
- Maintains relationships with vendors.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensures delivery of customersโ vehicles on time.
- Oversees auto service mechanics, and vehicle repair processes to deliver a positive service experience and maintain profitability.
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all automotive service capacities to increase retention and referrals
- Ensures proactive resolution of all customer complaints and make follow-up calls, as needed.
- Oversees all day-to-day job duties within the team with a focus on high employee and customer morale
Technical:
We use AllData, and ShopMonkey, so knowledge of those tools is a big plus, but not required.
