NOW HIRING: Light Duty Tow Operator
We are looking to hire a part time employee for our New Lisbon location. This position is primarily a light duty tow truck operator, but may also include helping around the shop when not on tows.
This position would be offered Monday-Wednesday; 8am-5pm at the shop and on-call after 5pm. We would consider a full time position as well, schedule dependent.
No experience or CDL necessary; we are willing to to train the right candidate.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
•Responding to roadside incidents
•Using a specialized truck to safely recover and transport disabled, impounded, or accident-involved vehicles to repair shops or impound lots
•Providing roadside assistance like jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries
•Conducting equipment services and regular maintenance
•Diagnosing and fixing equipment problems
•Keeping logs of all work performed
•Detailing trucks and other equipment
•Helping on other shop projects
Job requirements:
•Previous tow truck experience preferred
•Previous mechanical experience preferred
•Clean driving record required
•Open to a variety of work tasks
•Self starter and strong work ethic
•Problem solving abilities
•Works well with others
Pay is based on experience. Monday- Wednesday 8am-5pm pay will be hourly and commission after 5pm.
