Cleaned up and ready to go back to work!!
Jerry, thank you sir for trusting the crew down at Premier Body and Paint with your beloved pick up. I wish I would’ve taken before photos but the boys and I have been completely swamped for the last few months, with no signs of it slowing down. When this Dodge came in, Clayton instantly began striping all the paint down to bare metal while Garrett and Dylan began removing all the handles, lights, trim, glass, and bumpers. Once she was all sanded down to bare metal a fresh couple coats of epoxy etching primer was applied to give a layer of protection against corrosion between the body work and bare metal. From there it went through a extensive few weeks of pulling dents and doing body work. Where two rounds of high build primer were applied and blocked down to a very suitable foundation for the base coat and clear to be applied. The flat bed was completely removed and sent to sand blast, when it came back it also went to epoxy, followed by SEM bedliner and high gloss black on the side rails and headache rack. I wish I could take credit for this one, but it was really my crew that made this happen. Big shout out to the boys, Clayton Rush who did all the body work and paint, Garrett Myers who did tear down and re-assembly, and Dylan Lyman for picking up the loose ends and getting her detailed up and ready for pick up. Not too shabby for a group of young men! (Oldest is in the crew is 29 while the youngest is 18).
Got a workhorse farm rig you love and want to continue to put to work and enjoy? Come on down and see us, why spend 80k on a new rig when you can spend a fraction of that on your tried and true rig to get it back up to looking respectable. A clean rig = a happy farmer.
