North Texas Superbikes, Frenotec LLC would like to inform our valued customers and the general public that North Texas Superbikes is not and has never been affiliated, associated, or connected in any way with the company operating under the name, “Texas Superbikes, “TEXAS MOTORSPORTS AND DESIGN LLC, and or Alex Quintero.”
We are severely aware that confusion has arisen due to the similarity in names, and mistrustful actions of Mr. Quintero to confuse customers about a non-existent relationship with North Texas Superbikes. To protect our reputation and the trust of our customers, North Texas Superbikes has filed a federal lawsuit against Texas Superbikes and its operators for trademark infringement and related claims.
This legal action is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Case No. 4:25-cv-00852-O.
