It’s been a while since I’ve posted, I had a near death experience back in August, but here I am back doing what I’ve always loved. I’m back working on the 1966 mustang that I started on just before I was down. The body on this one is very solid, it just has a lot of dings and dents, it’s been blasted down to raw metal, I’ve prepped and bed lined the underside and trunk area, painted the engine bay back to the original black, 95% of the bodywork is done, all of the brand new suspension is installed, this straight 6, 3 speed car will be getting a brand new 302 crate engine and tremec t5 transmission. The 7.5 rear end has been replaced with an 8.8.

The 1968 C10 is near completion, just waiting on a couple of parts for the door glass. We’ve also taken on another 1966 ...

The 1968 C10 is near completion, just waiting on a couple of parts for the door glass. We’ve also taken on another 1966 mustang for a full restoration, it’s been stripped down 99% of the way so far and ready to have the paint blasted off, more updates coming soon on this beauty to be.

Work on the 1968 mustang fastback conversion has been moving along very well, I’ve got all of the welding finished up after making sure that all of the interior fit properly, then moved it into the body shop and completely disassembled the body, block sanded and roughed in all of the areas that needed bodywork before spraying etching primer and high build primer, now it has all of the body panels on for fit and finish, and fine tune all of the bodywork.

We’ve been hard at with my 2008 mustang, it’s finally fully painted and just about ready to hit the roads. The 1968 mustang fastback conversion car has been moving right along as well, we’ve got a bit more welding and then we’ll move on to the bodywork stage of the build.
