Meet Jonene Rocha, retail sales associate in our Fortuna, CA, office. Jonene has been part of the Blue Star Gas family for three years and brought over a decade of experience from Sequoia Gas before joining our team.

She’s the go-to person for keeping things organized and running smoothly, from balancing the cash drawer and assisting customers on the phone, to supporting drivers and technicians with deliveries and service orders.

Jonene shares that the most rewarding part of her work is “assisting customers with the best service possible,” and she takes pride in helping improve customer service while strengthening her community.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Jonene on a road trip, at a concert, or taking in a local fair or sporting event. Her dedication and professionalism help make our Fortuna office a great place for both customers and team members.
