CW Performance : Mercedes-Benz Service and Repair

No two auto repair shops operate exactly the same way, and that's what makes visiting another shop so interesting!

Gear Performance Group #3 recently spent time at CW Performance, an independent auto repair shop specializing in Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

One of the most valuable parts of GPG is being able to learn from other shop owners who bring their own experiences and perspectives to the table. Getting a look at how another shop operates can spark conversations, bring up questions you might not have considered, and give owners ideas to think about when they return to their own auto repair shops.

We appreciate CW Performance : Mercedes-Benz Service and Repair opening their doors to GPG 3 and giving the group a chance to spend time at their shop. Thanks for having us!

We talk a lot about performance with our customers, especially those driving AMG models. But no matter how much power your Mercedes has or how sophisticated the suspension is, the tires are what actually connect all of that engineering to the road.

Fall Car Care Month is a good time to take a closer look at the tires on your Mercedes-Benz. Going into fall, we want to see proper tire pressure, good tread depth, even wear, and tires that are in the right condition for upcoming wet roads and cooler temperatures.

It’s a simple part of caring for your Mercedes that makes a real difference in how it feels and responds behind the wheel.

Sometimes the best repair isn't replacing the part. It's repairing it.
Over the years, we've found solutions for Mercedes repairs that many people assume only have one answer. From discontinued parts to expensive assemblies, experience allows us to look beyond simply replacing components when a quality repair is the better option.

That's one of the advantages of working with an independent Mercedes specialist.

If you've been told a repair isn't possible or a part can't be found, give us a call at 919-367-6527. We'd be happy to take a second look.

Mercedes owners expect a lot from their vehicles, and that includes everything working the way it should when they get behind the wheel. Fall Car Care Month starts with your Mercedes-Benz battery.

Your battery is behind more of that experience than you might realize, from starting your Mercedes to supporting the electronics, comfort features, and systems you use every day.

As we head into fall here in Apex, this is one of the areas our Mercedes specialists recommend keeping an eye on. We can check the battery and charging system so you know how it’s performing and aren’t caught off guard by a no-start later.

If you've ever been told your Mercedes is "too old" for the dealership to service, you're not alone. 🤗

We meet Mercedes owners all the time who love their vehicle and simply want to keep driving it for years to come. At our shop, we continue servicing many Mercedes models that some dealerships may no longer support. With decades of experience, specialized tools, and the ability to source solutions for discontinued parts, we're able to help owners keep their vehicles on the road with confidence.

If you've been wondering where to take your older Mercedes, we'd be happy to answer your questions and discuss your options. Call us at 919-367-6527 or schedule your appointment at https://cwperformance.com/contact/.

You may not notice it today, but fall driving is right around the corner.
Soon, the drive home will be a little darker, rainy mornings will become more common, and clear visibility will matter even more. Taking a few minutes to check things like your wipers, headlights, tires, and alignment now can make every drive feel a little more confident.

AMG models are built to be driven. They deliver incredible performance, sharp handling, and an experience that's hard to match, but that level of engineering also means maintenance should never be an afterthought.

Spirited driving places additional demands on your engine, brakes, tires, suspension, and fluids. Staying on top of routine maintenance helps your AMG continue performing the way Mercedes intended while giving you confidence every time you get behind the wheel.

If it's been a while since your AMG has had a maintenance inspection, now is a great time to make sure it's ready for every drive ahead.

That “Service A” or “Service B” message on your Mercedes isn’t just another oil change reminder.

There’s a reason Mercedes-Benz built these services into your vehicle’s maintenance schedule, and knowing what’s actually included can help you make better decisions about how you care for your car.

Our latest blog breaks down Service A vs. Service B, when each is due, what’s included, and why your driving habits matter more than you might think.
