To our customers and vendors:
In response to the continuing concern related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have altered some business practices here at Above and Beyond RV Repair. We ask that all customers and vendors abide by these changes to respect the health of our families and the community that we serve.
If you answer yes to any of the following questions then we request for you to not come in at this time.
- Are feeling ill today or have you experienced any of the symptoms associated with the Coronavirus (COVID-19)? Fever, cough, and difficulty breathing are the most common symptoms.
- Have you had contact with someone who currently has the Coronavirus or someone that knows they were in contact with someone who has the Coronavirus?
The following changes have been made to help ensure that our families and customers health remain in good condition.
Our parts store and lobby will be closed until further notice. Please do not touch anything on the shelves. We are happy to get parts off shelves for customers and will still order parts if needed.
Per the CDC’s recommendation, we have pushed back our seating at the counter to 6ft. We will also avoid coming within 6ft of people, unless it is necessary. Yes, this also means we will not shake your hand.
As far as billing, when possible we will email customers an invoice that can be paid online. Otherwise we can accept payment at the front desk.
While your RV is in for repairs, unless it is an emergency, we can’t allow anyone to visit or remove items from their RV. In addition, we ask that you limit your visiting to check on your RV. We understand that you want updates and we are happy to provide those over the phone or through email. Unless it is imperative that you see us, we encourage you to email or call us for any questions or concerns.
