We had the pleasure of servicing a neighbor in our area. The customer complained of her Ford Fusion not starting. After arriving we encountered a problem with a dead battery. However the reason for the dead battery wasnt the sun, it was a broken serpentine belt as the pics show below (in her case the belt broke into strands that jammed her ac compressor and tesioner)Suffice it to say, she needed a new belt and a pulley. After that, she fired right back up. One happy car!

We had a customer appointment for this F350 4x4 yesterday. The customer was complaining that the truck would not go into gear. Just some simple looking around revealed that a certain connector had a broken clip and was disconnected. Can you believe this simple connector would not let the truck go into gear?!

We had the customer on his way in no time. Next time your car isnt working properly, it may be helpful to take a look around, somtimes the answer is a simple one.

This past week, I was called out for a simple spark plug replacement on this 11ā€™ Escalade. Itā€™s amazing what simple preventative maintenance can do. This car is very well kept so replacing was easy. Another one in the books, another customer helped.
