We want to take a moment to address something that has been affecting the entire automotive repair industry.
Many vehicle parts are currently experiencing extended shipping times due to manufacturer backorders. Unfortunately, these delays are completely outside of our control. In addition, we are seeing an increase in parts arriving damaged during shipping, which requires us to return them and reorder replacements. In some cases, suppliers and dealerships are also sending incorrect parts (such as the wrong side), which further delays repairs.
We understand how frustrating this can be when you're waiting on your vehicle, and we truly share that frustration. Please know that we are doing everything we can to track orders, expedite replacements, and get your vehicle completed as quickly as possible.
