Hey so i wanted to share a quick story, I was called out to look at a Nissan with a complaint of a bad transmission. Customer stated it was bogging down, low on power, and shaking violently when going up hills, I began checking it out with a test drive both with and without the customer and the car drive great. We put around 5 or 6 miles on it going up various hills and around corners doing everything we can to make it act up. While driving there was a noise when cruising and going over bumps but that was it. I jacked it up and checked suspension, bearings, etc and found the subframe bushings to be bad on the front two. I couldn't in good conscience condem a transmission that I could not get act up. So she paid the diag fee and I left. The following I day I followed up and the customer said that it did everything she described that morning and went to another shop and they found it to be the transmission. Upon hearing this I immediately refunded the money and said if anything else was needed to please reach out. We can not always get it right and when we dont we make it right. Here at Go Fast we pride ourselves on trust, honesty and integrity.
