Our new shop is still under constructions, but here is a sneak peak of what it will look like when it's done. We are moving in this week, and plan to re-open in mid-December.
So why are moving?
We feel that our previous building is better suited for a different type of business model than the one we want to operate. Over time, we realized that instead of trying to grow in size, it makes more sense for us to step back and focus on our unique talents, our individual expertise, and the quality of communication we give every customer.
We care so much about each person who comes to us, and we’ve found that we can best maintain that level of care by keeping our team small—just the two of us and our two long-term employees—instead of continually hiring and training new staff.
We were given the opportunity to sell the property and build a new shop that’s better designed for the way we work. With this change, we’ll be able to give even more attention to our loyal clients, offer services like pickup and drop-off, and eventually facilitate training opportunities for local professionals in the auto service industry.
