Bryces Nbs Tahoe came in with a blown rear bag and an out of date air management system. I replaced all 4 bags and ran new 3/8 line and fittings. Took the compressors from in the cab and threw them In the garbage. A pair of Viair 485’s were mounted underneath on a removable plate. Tahoe will be back to replace the 5 gallon tank with a 48” standard air tank once it shows up. In the mean time it’s rolling the streets and looking killer.

Lauras 2009 Chevy Suburban 4/5 drop. It had a previously installed 4/5 drop with cut coils. I installed new front struts and 2” drop springs to go with the 2” drop spindles. New air helper bags and shocks on the rear with fresh sway bar endlinks all around.

I have a soft spot for ford trucks and I was excited when Luis F150 Lightning came to the shop for a rear bag setup and air management. Running 24” intros for now. I stripped the rear, narrowed the rearend 14” to fit a 26x12”reverse hoop intro. Step notched the frame and designed and built the 3 link around keeping the factory gas tank. CTC rear crossmember replaces the factory spare crossmember and mounts the Accuair vu4 valve. I designed and built a removable air management plate that uses factory frame holes and keeps the dual Viair 485’s, dual seamless tanks and wiring hidden under the bed. Powdercoating was done by and I finished the bed out with some monster tubs and notch cover. Runs and drives like a dream and I hope I see it back for the front bags soon.

Alex Blazer Extreme came in for a new air management system. The old setup had a hole in the tank, shoddy wiring that lit a compressor on fire, blown line to the front bags, cracked spring pocket, and the smc valves had bad diaphragms causing the bags to fill all the time. I gutted the old system, repaired the frame. New airlift bags, 3/8” line. Mounted a seamless tank with dual Viair 485 comps mounted underneath. Slam specialties valve and controller.

It’s been a busy summer. Haven’t taken the time to post much so I’ll be slowly adding some pics and video of what I have been working on. Starting first with Hanks nbs Silverado Rearend. He’s putting down some serious power and needed the axle tubes welded to the housing and the coilover mounts welded on.

Fresh batch of rear frame crossmembers are ready for powdercoat. I have these for 67-72 c10, 88-98 Silverado and 99-04 F150. These get rid of that bulky spare tire crossmember and give you much needed space for tanks and compressors or just to shed some weight. if you need one send a dm
