This 2019 Ford F150 Raptor was sitting for about two weeks while the owner was out of State for work. He came back to a no start condition and called us. The thoughts were a starter. We quickly diaged the vehicle and found the tcm fuse is blown. Was this from low voltage? Sure wasn't! We found the transmission control module decided it was its time to shine. We got a brand new oem tcm from Ford. This truck has 71k on it and it's bad? Crazy! We ordered it over night and it took a week to get here. We have remote programming where we bring oem software directly to our customers and got it coded to the vehicle. It started right up! The customer did not even have to tow it to Ford or anywhere as we came directly to him for this diag and fix. Check engine light is on but that was due to not being cleared. September was a WILD one. 😂
Between scheduled appointments, family events, and trying to figure out how to juggle approximately 47 things at once, we unfortunately dropped the ball big time when it came to Facebook Messenger.

Came out to diagnose a Chevy Malibu for a no start after the starter was replaced by a mobile tech. We found the excite wire going to the starter was not fully in! Can you spot why it was not in fully?

Ford Motor Company 40k on this 2020 Escape and the door is just falling apart.... According to corporate there is no fix to this issue and the customer has to buy a new door.. there is not even an updated design so it will do it again in 5 to 6 years. 🤮😅😬 show us your free damaged you purchased with your new car!

We got called out to this vehicle as it hasn't moved since February. Installed customer supplied battery but that wasn't all! The start/stop battery was also bad and was replaced in addition both running lights and the driver headlight were out. The headlight was missing the cover and water was introduced into the housing causing the plug itself to short out and the main harness going into the housing. With a temp fix to get them to the States we found 2 spot that had failed before getting the headlight to work again.
