Hello all, I have been having issues for awhile with gci and my shop phones voicemail system. There is another business in anchorage using my number on their business page and google so i am getting alot of spam calls and people calling looking for the other business. They have been sent an email to change their number on their pages immediately. If they dont, i will have to get my legal counsel involved to send a cease order to them. Why is a pre-purchase inspection so important? In these photos i was doing a pre-purchase inspection on a 2010 Ford super duty that was already purchased when i got to it. Yes that leaf spring is broken and stuck sideways under the bump stop. This was sold by a dealer who i presume wanted it gone hoping it would go to someone who wouldnt notice the many problems. If you are out used car shopping, give us a call for a pre-purchase inspection so you can make an informed buying decision. Why is my water pump so expensive to replace? Well, lets talk about it. On some cars like the mitsubishi in these photos has a water pump that is integrated with the timing belt. The cost associated with these is for a waterpump, seals and gaskets, timing belt, and tensioner. On top of that, there is the added labor for setting the timing and taking the time to ensure the engine is timed properly once the components are changed out.
