Due to a lack of available options, we designed high angle misalignment spacers specifically for our new generation of sway bar arms that feature a large diameter contact surface, while utilizing a 1/2” bolt. We’ve already found a handful of other uses for them, so we made them available on our website as a standalone part.
Most available spacers have a small diameter contact area, which eventually digs into the base material (especially softer materials like aluminum), causing loose bolts, joint movement, and damage to components and chassis in general. These spacers help spread the load out across more surface area, eliminating the above issues. Available for both JMX10 (5/8” rod end) and JMX12 (3/4” rod end) sizes. Both variants having 1/2” bolt bore, and 1-1/2” assembled width. 44 Degrees of usable misalignment.
