Motogpwerks Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank
This all-aluminum water tank is a complete replacement for the factory part, just unscrew your factory radiator cap and screw it onto this tank.
The tank has all OEM provisions for mounting accessories and requires no other modifications to be installed. This will eliminate all the issues with the OEM tanks leaking. The pins attached are flexible, and if bent, they can be re-adjusted.
Completely USA-built and machined CNC billet aluminum ni***es and CNC billet aluminum filler neck.

Question ? Still sports the Ama plastic I.D (Unremoveable) tag .
I have two Katana that raced in 82-83, is there a Data base on the I.D Tag ?
Who rode it ? AMA is no use.
Whoever it was, was very connected, as it sports all chassis components and factory parts that only factory Yosh had .

Cleaning up all the lose ends,some bikes just drag along !
Finished off a one-off custom wiring harness today.
Made a alloy seat pan, Altra covered.

Rare Katana 1000sz with yoshi pistons and cams , Keihin Cr's,Dyna , Xr69 front/Rear rotors,brembo calipers ,motogpwerks catchcan plus superbike exhaust and so on .
Alwqys something more, I expect it needs a oil cooler ( but not today) , as its heading to storage.

1978 Kawasaki Z1r , low miles. Pulled from 15yr slumber (self inflicted). Big bore, cams, Calfab swingarm , 29mm smoothbores ,Lockhart oil cooler , new Motogpwerks billet engine mounts and Motogpwerks stainless exhaust.
I brought this from Kawasaki senior management, former magazine bike (hence the engine).

1996 Muzzy Zx9r ,glad its done.
Wind died today to take some photos.
Stripped to the frame,polished Inside & Out ,new rings , complete service, 99% chassis reconditioned ,rebuilt ohlins superbike forks through to reconditioned the marchesini superbike wheels.
Not rich, so everything is done on a budget.
Honestly, time for storage (again) besides the odd safely wire its ready to run ,all 171bhp.
I may make a start up video next month for my Patriot Ez Starters.

Rebuilt ohlins superbike forks through to reconditioned the marchesini 17/16.5
Definitely been a mission.
Never again a polished frame, just getting to old/lazy on the upkeep

This sat in a restaurant/club for 20yrs,tearing down the building before I found it.
Been putting this off for years due to the mess, but I have spent the weekend prepping it and cleaning up all the mess from the 90's.
Hopefully I will have something to show everyone by Christmas?
The more I see it ,more I appreciate it for what it is back in the day

First time I have ever walked away from a Demon buy I found $2000.( now sold )
Top fuel Yamaha turbo- nitrous & running on alcohol with over 400hp on tap .
Down side you have to wear a level 2 bullet proof vest, just in case and have balls bigger than Jesus.
First time for everything.
