It's almost time to pay your rent. Rent is due on the 1st of the upcoming month. Any payment received after 5 p.m. on the 5th of the month will be considered late. Please make plans to ensure your rent payments are on time and paid before the deadline. Please contact the office if you have any questions or concerns. Rent payments are on the horizon and we wanted to offer a few reminders about payment.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We will assess late fees at the close of business on the 5th of each month. Sometimes, the Resident Portal takes up to 48 hours to process a payment. As long as you make the payment prior to the deadline, you will not receive a late fee. Please refer to your lease for additional specifics regarding rent payments, including which forms are acceptable.

We are here to help you when it comes to rent payments. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office and we are happy to review our payment standards with you.

Not only does referring a friend allow you to pick your neighbors, but it can also score you some renter credit.

We offer a $600 credit for any referral who becomes a homeowner and a $300 credit for anyone who becomes a renter. All you have to do is send them to the office to inquire about purchasing or renting a home in the community and we'll take care of the rest. Be sure to remind them to include your name on the contact card so we can get you your renter credit!

A simple way to enhance your curb appeal is to minimize any clutter you may have around your house.

Clutter comes in all shapes and sizes. It can be deliberate, or we can just forget about it for a while until it builds. It's important to take steps to reduce your clutter, leaving your homesite and community looking great. Community managers often ask residents to clear any clutter that has built around their homes. Taking these steps can put you ahead of any reminders.

When decluttering your homesite, be sure to properly store any item that isn't in use. This may include lawn mowers, kid's pools, gardening equipment, and many others. Please keep in mind there should be no vehicles parked on the lawns. Please consult the office for any potential rules that may correspond with debris at your homesite.

It can always boost your living experience if you take the time to declutter around your home. Making it a part of your regular routine will go a long way in making your home look great.
