Checking tires off the list as the cause of the shaking in the steering wheel and a vibration. Yes they are the cause and using or own set that we know ride fine made diagnosis easy. The tires balance out fine (with alot of weights) but dont ride good. Other things are adding to it but the tires are the main culprit. Unfortunately the tires are the more expensive route to fixing this issue

This is another win even tho it was a loss the first time around! This jeep has had 4 engines in it total. 2 by us but the first engine we put in even tho new had issues. After jumping through hoops to 1 verify the engine was bad to the manufacturer 2 get them to confirm they would get us a replacement once we replaced the parts in their bad engine they thought to be bad but weren't and 3 to get our supplier to get us another engine ASAP on their dime (not from the same manufacture). The engine once ordered took 3 buisness days to get here and now the jeep is running as it should.
This has been a major set back but now it is done and on to another engine replacement once we get caught up on other things

A Saturday that consisted of electrical diag on a harness that was previously stabbed and skinned throughout different areas of the harness. The deeper we go the more we find but starting to rule out all possibilities of shorts or breaks in the wire. Leaning towards a bad pcm on this one

Its Christmas time and we have alot of parts in boxes that need unboxed and installed. Everything from heads on a 3.6, locker/ gear install, oil cooler, frame repairs, and torque boxes on a couple tjs along with two frame and tub swaps we are in the middle of.

We are thankful for all of you who come to Wrangler Specialties for your jeep needs. We hope you all have a great Christmas and a happy new year!

Stop stabbing wires people it makes for more problems down the road that are not as easy to find! When you have multiple codes and multiple wires touching together it makes us wonder where they stopped and how far into it we need to go to fix the problem. We will get it figured out tho. This is the second jeep today with bad wiring issue and not a sensor however this one has alot more going on than just 1 wire

After a bed cover install on a Gladiator we discover this on a jeep that was in for leaks at the back of the valve covers. Its another cam that is eating itself away. Now to diagnose it further...
This is another job that was already done alittle over a year ago at another shop out of state and yet again missing bolts along with broken bolts, lower intake bolts finger tight and a bracket or two missing 🤔
