Southern Precision Autoworks is proud to offer internship opportunities for individuals interested in building a successful career in the automotive industry. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and real-world training for those who want to become automotive technicians, service writers, or future managers within an automotive repair facility. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable knowledge that cannot be learned solely from a classroom environment.

Interns pursuing the technician path will learn how to diagnose, maintain, and repair modern vehicles using today’s advanced tools, equipment, and diagnostic technology. They will be exposed to a wide variety of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension components, and computerized diagnostics. This hands-on experience will help build the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in a fast-growing and highly demanded profession.

Those interested in the service writer and management side of the business will learn how to communicate effectively with customers, prepare repair estimates, coordinate shop workflow, manage technician productivity, and oversee daily operations. Participants will gain insight into the business side of the automotive industry while developing leadership, organizational, and customer service skills that are essential for long-term success. All required tools, training materials, and other necessities needed to participate in the internship program will be provided.

This opportunity is especially beneficial for high school students who are out for the summer, recent graduates, and young adults looking to begin a rewarding career. Upon successful completion of the internship program, qualified participants may be considered for full-time employment opportunities within Southern Precision Autoworks. With locations currently operating in Americus, Leesburg, and Montezuma—and additional locations planned to open later this year—there are numerous opportunities for growth, advancement, and long-term career development within our company.
