This post is about a situation that could've had a terminal outcome. 😜

2009 F150 Fault code said Transmission Actuator Supply Voltage Low. 9 volts were present at transmission harness. Cleaned all the corrosion off the battery terminals and that restored the voltage at transmission to 12 volts. Crazy how much resistance the corrosion created. Some shops may have recommended a used/rebuilt transmission or Mechatronic/TCM replacement starting at about $1000 minimum. Gotta love diagnostics!

I'm somewhat of a ma*****st when it comes to BMW's. I HATE THEM! But they're the "Ultimate Driving Machine"! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣😬 MSRP was $50k plus when this one came out. A few years later, and some elbow grease, no more Xmas tree lights on speedometer! Still needs some work, but my mechanic is pretty good. I'll still be well under $5k once I'm done. Free labor of course. It is what it is. 😜 🔧

2007 BMW X5 4.8L V8 350hp AWD 🚙💨

R & R both front hubs, both front axle shafts, engine oil/filter, front brake pads & wear sensor, battery, recalibrated battery/charging parameters, starter was faulty, relearned starting sequence parameters, disassembled shifter assembly due to soda spill by previous owner at some point causing fault codes, recalibrated transmission shifting parameters, A/C charge was low 1lb out of 1.5lb capacity, repaired left headlight internal wiring due to deteriorated wire coating which set codes, serviced transfer case, front & rear diff's. I can most things through Christ who gives me strength. 👍🏽

Burning the mid-night oil on this 2004 Volkswagen Touareg. Replaced all window regulators. Only one was in closed position. Previous owner did their own engineering to keep window up by placing bolts under glass on track.
