Beginning Wednesday April 15th, 2020 our Service and Parts Departments will reopen Monday through Friday with a 9:00am start time, closed Saturday.

Service will be working by Appointment ONLY. Drop off only. No Walk-Ins. The Dealership will remain closed to the public during this time. We ask that you call the Service Department directly.

During the scheduling for your appointment, we will give you specific instructions (where to park, what to do with your keys and how to pay)

UPDATE...... Michigan’s Governor, Gretchen Whitmer has released a new Executive Order effective 04/09/2020 at 11:59pm. This replaces and extends the original Stay Home, Stay Safe order.

In this Executive Order there is an exemption for Auto Dealerships and Virtual Vehicle Sales. Our Sales team is putting together a procedure to make the vehicle buying experience as positive, safe and convenient as possible, for both you the customer and our employees.

We ask that you be patient with us, as this will not be "Business as Usual"... During this time our showroom will remain closed to all in-person traffic. All communication will be via phone, email or online. Your sales associate will walk you through the details. For more information, please contact your Sales Associate.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE.
Since Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s Executive Order March 23, 2020 to “Suspend Activites that are not Necessary to Sustain or Protect Life” through April 13, 2020, Thunder Bay Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has been keeping abreast of daily COVID-19 updates.
With all of the information we have at this time the decision has been made to temporarily close all departments effective today Wednesday April 1st. Our current plan is to reopen the dealership and be ready for business the morning of April 14th.
