There are times like these where there are many ways to handle it, but we try to do what the lord tells us to do:

So as of this morning, the following accounts that have been financed out of our own pockets for those struggling with car repairs are considered taken care of:

Amanda Sarten $1,906.87
Bryan Carter $701.81
FASS Escorts $1,270.83
Joshua Ray $319.18
Raymond Kincheloe $791.11

May the lord be with you always, and if the oppurtunity arises, pay it forward. God bless!

June of 2025, a dream was made into reality. A foundation was set in the belief that people deserved an Auto Repair Shop that had a foundation of Fair Pricing, Customer Service, and Quality Repairs. Little over a year later, apparently that belief system echoed in our local community. Without our customers, we fully understand that we wouldnt be where we are. So thank you!

We are now a Multi Award Winning Business just a little over a year into it!

Best of the Best in Tires! Then, the Community Impact Award from the Alma Chamber of Commerce!

Over the next year, we hope to build off that foundation to provide more Award winning service, more relationships within our community, and keep proving that having a heart in business can make a huge impact.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who nominated us for these awards.

Some people over the years have told me I was a bad business person. I laughed at the time and asked for an explanation. They responded with "because you have to big of a heart." Granted not the worst news to ever receive but those words have stuck with me over the years which brings us to our journey this past Saturday.

We have a mail carriers Imported Suv straight from Japan. Right hand drive, 4wd, v6. Cool. However, it makes finding parts challenging because the different markets in the world have different parts. So you get to go on what 400 years ago would be a Scientific Exploration lol.

This certain person needs her vehicle back, we've spent many days waiting on parts that were supposed to be direct replacements, and they weren't when they arrived. So we find this gem of a transfer case on Thursday around 11:30 in Garland, Mo. A 5 hr 30 minute drive away. Now business wise, that old saying wrung in my head like a church bell. However, a person needed her vehicle back and due to the delays, her jobs on the line.

Yall already know........I drove it that afternoon and got back home arpund 11 p.m. Thursday Night. No charge for the travel, no arguing with the customer that it wasn't my responsibility, or even my problem. Simply a person I could help and I found a way to help.

To some businesses, customer service is a saying. To us, its in our hearts and we do everything we can to ensure that it happens. We are nothing without yall, and we do our best to provide a time forgotten idea. We aremt perfect, but maybe we are just the right amount of crazy in business to shake the tree.
