Never posted this job from 2016. I had posted the starting pics never the finish. 97 chevy 1500 . Did a soa dana 60 front and dana 60 rear with disc brakes. Installed 5.13s with 37s and 12" of lift custom steering

Here is the matching dana 44 rear axle installed 4.88 gears raised and reinforced the trac bar bracket

This was a dana 30 axle for a tj wrangler. Regeared from 3.07 to 4.88 and installed artec truss.

Repairing the line up sleeve hole . Was woggled out. Bored out till round . And machined a sleeve to repair back to size...

This was a quick rush job this week. The counter sunk holes where all messed up. Plunged them all out put plugs in and welded up. Redrilled then per customer they wanted set screws put in to lock bolts in from end.
