At Binder's, we see all kinds of vehicles with all kinds of drivers. Every motorist has goals for their vehicle, but the goals are as varied as the cars we service. Some vehicle owners want to keep their new cars driving like the day they got them, others want to keep an old daily driver running just one more season. Everyone's needs are different, so why shouldn't their service be different too?

Our customers enjoy personalized service that accounts not only for the goals they have, but also how they drive. Even if 2 customers have the same year, make, and model vehicle - if one is a retiree who goes to the grocery store once a month and the other is a daily commuter who road trips on the weekends, those customers will receive totally different recommendations regarding the care of their vehicle.

Last month marked 2 years since we made the move to Shop Ware! This is the program that we use to share repair orders with our customers digitally, and allows us to see what choices the customer makes regarding the work they want done.

In the 2 years since implementation, the feedback we have received from customers has been nothing short of excellent. We have always been focused on helping our customers reach the decision that is right for them, but this tool has helped us to demonstrate that commitment, allowing us deliver accurate information in a no-pressure, crystal clear format that's a great fit for any motorist!

These digital repair orders (RO's) are sent directly to you via text messaging or email, and loads in any browser.

As work on your vehicle commences, the page begins to change - updates occur in real time as the technician progresses through the scheduled work.

If the technician notices other issues during the service of your vehicle, they document the observation with pictures/video and notify you in the chat. This appears as a recommendation in the findings section.

After reviewing the technician's recommendations, you have the option to approve or decline each recommendation. Each recommendation features a write up from the technician that explains how your choice may impact your vehicle, but if there is ever any confusion or doubt there are options to call or message the technician directly from the RO.

As the weather is gets colder and it's getting darker earlier, it's the perfect time to make sure things are in good working order with your vehicle. We thoroughly inspect your vehicle each time it's in for service, that way we can give you the best, most current information regarding the condition of the parts and components.

Our customers always have the option to approve or decline the work we recommend, but we don't expect you to reach these decisions on your own.
