Vehicle had a large oil leak due to the valve cover gaskets and the valve cover itself was disintegrating. Got a new valve cover and gaskets on, now just to clean it up.

If you ever wonder why our company will only install top quality parts to fix your vehicle. This is a perfect example of using cheap parts instead of the factory AISIN OEM brand water pumps. This vehicle happens to be an employee vehicle that they purchased used with these parts already installed.

Word of caution: Older Honda CR-V 4-wheel drive

So I've been hearing a lot lately about older CR-V rear differential issues having clunk/jerking issue on hard turns.

Please do a rear differential fluid service first. It fixes the issue 98% of the time. DO NOT believe shops that say it's guaranteed to be a bad differential.

Goodbye old shop (pics below), you gave us our start. Now, on to another location for a bigger, better future.

J-teck Automotive is moving locations. We will be at our new location by January 1st.

We are temporarily relocating to a smaller shop in Allen as our lease is up and overhead costs are rising. The new location will allow us to make financial adjustments to allow us to get a bigger, better, more accessible shop in the future.

Thank you to all our clients for helping us get where we are today and allowing us to keep your vehicle in top shape.

We will be open all the way through the move. The location will be based on when the Appt is setup.
