Did someone say TACO BAR! Saturday Sept. 12th at Fox 14 Marina.

Hello All Our Favorite Fox 14 Customers! Its time to get together to celebrate YOU and thank you for being ours!

First, we just want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your support this season as we transitioned into the new ownership roles this year! You were all so kind and helpful, and we greatly appreciated the support. We also appreciated how well you maintained the property this season and respected the marina. That means a lot to each of us!

Customer Appreciation Day will take place on Saturday, September 12, starting at 5pm under our pavilion!

We will be having a taco bar and will provide water and pop. If you have some other beverage desires, that will be BYOB!

We will provide ice cream treats as well.

Customers are more than welcome to bring a dish or dessert to share!

Can’t wait to see everyone there.

Call with any questions, and please contact us with a head count as to who will be attending with your party so we have an idea of how much food is needed!

Following the filing of upgraded charges related to the July 25 fatal boating crash on the Fox River in McHenry County, Illinois Conservation Police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance with the ongoing investigation.

Investigators are specifically seeking to identify a boat, its owner, and its occupants depicted in a bystander video recorded around 11 a.m. on Petite Lake prior to the fatal crash. Although the boat and the occupants are not believed to have been involved in the fatal crash, investigators believe they may have witnessed activity or possess information relevant to the case. Anyone who recognizes the boat or its occupants, or who has additional information, is asked to submit information through the Illinois Conservation Police online tip portal here: dnr2.illinois.gov/OLETIPHotline/. The occupants of the boat in question are being sought solely as potential witnesses; they are not suspected of any wrongdoing.
