well I wanna say thank you to the only person that reached out to me about the WCM Tires thank you Tom at Brp Tires for taking the time out of your day to have a discussion about me about the Tires!  and voting for the racer! Unfortunately he was the only one to vote for the racer!! As we move forward. Tires are definitely on our list of items to be reproduced.

Wanted to share the great time we had on vacation. Team wcm made the trip to mountain valley Virginia to do some racing...

Wanted to share the great time we had on vacation. Team wcm made the trip to mountain valley Virginia to do some racing. We decided to to take the WCM motorhome. The week before we spent hours getting drx shocks, wcm springs, sprint car hoods and tail tanks, ecm hoods, storm bodies, vintage bodies and much more done and ready to go. Supporting 1/4 scale racers.

We left home around 5 pm Thursday night. Drove through the night after a few stops early in the trip for supplies. We arrived just in time at the track arriving around 5 pm.

Wow they had a big grill full of food! We added some fresh Iowa sweet corn to the mix! The food was delicious ! Absolutely didn’t go hungry. We settup for the weekend. Met some great people delivered some parts, bodies , shocks and springs and so much more!

Saturday started out rainy in the morning but by the afternoon it dried up for race time. We entered limited sportsman, sportsman and ecm. It was a blast and i was told several times i should have brought the trailer! However we made the trip to have fun and meet new people, enjoy the country and relax and thats what we did!!

Saturday night we decided to give away a second body and a fuel bottle to those that stayed for the awards because of the great hospitality! You had to be present to win the first body as it was choice. The second body anyone that raced could win as well as the fuel bottle. Thanks to all that made the race and to all the volunteers that put on the show! Thanks to all the sponsors of the mars series. Below are pictures and the fun we had! Definitely worth the trip! Thank you mountain valley speedway!

We spent the drive home sight seeing and stopped to see the general lee! An icon with rc hobbies in Tennessee Barry Hill ! And the main man behind the scenes his son doing the work! Getting the rj speed cars and parts boxed up! Took a chopper ride over pigeon forge and had a great time!

Thank you to Mitch Kendall and all the crew, the racers, the spectators and all the kids that worked hard and put on a heck of a show. Team Wcm had a blast. We learned alot had many good conversations about the hobby. Ill share another post when we get home we are going to travel a little and visit some places before the head home. Loved seeing some kids racing 1/4 scale thats what we need!
