📣 WE’RE HIRING — TEMPORARY FULL-TIME POSITION!
Kemna Auto Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to join our team as a Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant while one of our employees is on maternity leave.
📅 Expected timeframe: August through November
⏰ Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
🗓️ One Saturday per month, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 noon
💵 $18–$19 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities will include:
☎️ Answering phones and assisting customers
👋 Greeting customers and visitors
💻 General administrative and office duties
📂 Filing, data entry, scanning, and recordkeeping
🧾 Light accounting responsibilities
🤝 Helping different departments as needed
We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy office environment. Previous office or accounting experience is helpful, but not required.
