We're proud to announce that Rosslyn Auto Body Co. has been named Collision Advice Spartan Shop of the Year!

Rosslyn is a family business that Steven Burton built for his family. For more than two decades, his son Kris Burton has invested in this industry, learning from the best, asking questions, chasing answers, building relationships, sharing knowledge, and pushing himself and Rosslyn to be better.

That commitment has shaped the shop we are today, and we keep asking this one question: How can we do this better?

That question has been part of the Rosslyn family mindset for years. Showing up in how we train our people, refine our processes, and hold every repair to a higher standard. Never settling for "good enough," and the Spartan Shop of the Year recognition reflects that persistent pursuit and the people and leadership behind it.

WE'RE HIRING: Collision Repair Estimator / Repair Planner

Rosslyn Auto Body is looking for a Collision Repair Estimator / Repair Planner to join our team (full-time, Monday–Friday).

If you’re detail-oriented, know your way around CCC One, and care about doing repairs the right way (OEM standards, always), we want to talk to you.

What you’ll do:
• Write accurate estimates
• Communicate directly with customers
• Coordinate repair workflow to ensure OEM standards
• Keep everything clean, clear, and documented

What we’re looking for:
• Estimating experience (2+ years preferred)
• CCC One + OEM portal knowledge
• Strong communication + customer service
• Team player energy
