2. Each partner will get a Dedicated Mentor to not only guide them through the training process but will be their mentor and confidant for as long as they are in the business.
3. Each partner will get a route of ESTABLISHED Customers to take over once they are capable of the work and have the opportunity to increase their territorial workload as desired.
Responsibilities:
Tenaciously work towards learning and continually improving your ability to paintlessly repair dents in vehicles.
Maintain business relationships with Carmedic Partners and Customers provided. (All dealership, service drive, and body shop managers, retail customers, insurance agents, etc.)
Effectively Communicate appointments, routine visits, and special circumstances with Customers when appropriate.
Perform Paintless Dent Repairs to Partnership and Customer standards.
Work with Customer accounts/managers/decisions makers to increase the Perceived Value of our services to increase sales and production.
Manage the needs of multiple customers simultaneously through good communication and time management/prioritization skills.
Seek out opportunities to acquire new accounts by demonstrating our Unique and Dependable Services.
Utilize effective Written Commination Skills through Accurate and Prompt Invoicing.
Effectively communicate customer/territory needs to the Partnership when special circumstances arise (illness, vacation, etc.)
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently.
Valid Driver’s license
Professional demeanor and appearance (clean shaven and no visible tattoos)
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand
Work in all elements of weather
Ability to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and driving record
