Tylers Towing and Recovery We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated roll back Operator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating tow trucks and related equipment to recover, load, and transport vehicles efficiently. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge will ensure that each vehicle is handled with precision and care. Responsibilities
* Operate flatbed tow trucks and wrecker equipment to recover disabled or illegally parked vehicles promptly and safely
* Load, unload, and secure vehicles.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during recovery processes and resolving conflicts professionally
* Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle details for record-keeping purposes
* Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies during vehicle recovery operations
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Hands-on experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or tow truck equipment is a must!
* Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment.
